Responsibilities
- Help customers find the correct parts
- Support service technicians with parts needs
- Assist the sales and service departments
- Learn and work with both Ford and Honda parts catalogs
- Communicate clearly with customers and internal team members
- Help keep parts requests moving quickly and accurately
Candidate Profile
Previous automotive parts department experience is required.
We’re looking for someone who is organized, professional, dependable, detail-oriented, a fast learner, and focused on helping customers and technicians get what they need quickly and accurately.
