Responsibilities
- Answer phones
- Prepare sales contracts
- Organize paperwork
- Help keep deals moving
- Assist sales managers with day-to-day responsibilities
- Support the sales department behind the scenes
- Communicate clearly with managers, sales consultants, lenders, and dealership leadership
Candidate Profile
We’re looking for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, dependable, eager to learn, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
Previous dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
Schedule
The schedule will vary based on customer traffic and dealership needs. Applicants should be available for shifts seven days a week between 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
